The Commission for International Student Selection have completed the review of applications of international students for the 2025-2026 academic year, and the admission process has now been concluded. This process was conducted in accordance with the "Hacettepe University Directive on International Student Admission at Associate and Undergraduate Levels".

Registration: Registrations will be conducted in person at our university from August 4 to 11, 2025. All required documents must be submitted to the International Students Office during the specified period. Registration must be completed in person and cannot be carried out by mail or remotely. Third parties are not allowed to register on behalf of the applicant, unless authorized through an official procedure.

• Applicants who are 18 years of age or older may authorize someone else to complete the registration with a notarized power of attorney.
• Applicants under the age of 18 may be registered with a notarized power of attorney and a consent letter signed by their parents
• For applicants under the age of 18 who have been appointed a legal guardian by a court decision, registration may be completed with the court decision and a notarized power of attorney.

Powers of attorney issued abroad must be apostilled or certified by Turkish embassies or consulates; otherwise, they will be deemed invalid. In registration procedures carried out by proxy, all submitted documents must be presented with notarized and apostilled translations.

Failure to complete the registration procedures within the designated dates will result in forfeiting your right to register.

Letters of Acceptance: Letters of acceptance will be issued upon request and are intended solely for visa purposes. Students requiring a student visa to enter Türkiye for registration are advised to contact the International Students Office at admission@hacettepe.edu.tr.

Registrations for Waitlisted Candidates: Waitlisted candidates have been ranked within their own exam/diploma application category. Detailed information regarding the registration of waitlisted candidates will be announced on our website on 15 August 2025, following the completion of main candidate registrations.

Important Note: The admission process has been conducted based on the information provided by candidates in their application forms. Candidates who fail to submit proof of the information provided will forfeit their registration rights.
